These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of VidMakerPro ("we", "our", or "us"), including our website, web application, AI video generation tools, subscription plans, credits, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, purchasing credits, subscribing to a paid plan, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use paid features of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
VidMakerPro provides AI-powered tools that help users generate short-form videos, scripts, images, voiceovers, subtitles, and related creative assets for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
The Services may rely on third-party providers for artificial intelligence generation, payment processing, analytics, hosting, and other infrastructure. Output quality, generation time, and availability may vary depending on user input, demand, third-party systems, and technical limitations.
VidMakerPro may offer free plans, paid subscriptions, and one-time credit purchases. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, the Stripe customer portal, or by contacting support. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund charges already paid. After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of the current billing period, unless your access is terminated for a violation of these Terms.
Payments for subscriptions and credits are generally non-refundable once the service, credits, or digital features have been made available, except where required by law or where we confirm a duplicate charge, billing error, or unresolved technical issue caused by VidMakerPro.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us with your account email, transaction date, amount, and payment reference so we can review the payment record.
You agree not to use the Services to create, upload, request, or distribute content that:
You are responsible for the prompts, text, images, audio, files, and other materials you submit to the Services ("User Content"). You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit and use your User Content.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use the videos and assets generated through the Services for personal or commercial purposes. However, you are solely responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it and for ensuring that your use complies with platform rules, advertising policies, intellectual property laws, and all applicable regulations.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other content, or unsuitable for your intended use. VidMakerPro does not guarantee that generated content will be unique, viral, monetizable, or accepted by any third-party platform.
The Services may integrate with or depend on third-party services, including payment processors such as Stripe, analytics providers, AI model providers, cloud hosting, and authentication providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
VidMakerPro uses YouTube API Services to let you connect a YouTube channel and upload a video you choose. By using VidMakerPro's YouTube publishing features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You remain responsible for ensuring that every upload complies with the YouTube Community Guidelines, including its audience, privacy, rights, and disclosure settings.
Connected platform features are optional. You can disconnect a YouTube or TikTok account from VidMakerPro to revoke future access. How VidMakerPro handles connected-account data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue features at any time, including models, credit costs, subscription plans, or video generation options.

You may not copy, resell, reproduce, or create competing services using VidMakerPro's proprietary materials without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, create legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in activity that may harm VidMakerPro, other users, or third parties.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidMakerPro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, platform penalties, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Services.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may provide notice through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
